When I used regsvr32.exe to register a Dll file like vb6Stkit.dll in the
Windows XP Professional, it works. But in XP Service Pack 1 it does not. The
following error pops up.

vb6stkit.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not
found. This file can not be registered.

Using a command line or are you draging and dropping the dll ontop of
regsvr32?
